Three - Stage Professional Development:

Training, planning, and follow-up coaching
6 Sessions: half-day training with half-day planning
Each session is followed by 1-3 days of:
On campus coaching
Classroom observations
PLC time for planning, short PD sessions specific to team needs, questions & answers, etc.
Modeling instruction
Short before/after school PD sessions specific to campus needs
Time with campus instructional coach

Two - Stage Professional Development:

Training and follow-up coaching
3 Sessions: full-day training with follow-up coaching
Each session is followed by 1-3 days of:

Same Day Two - Stage Professional Development:

 Training only
