Kim has proven to be such a great teacher to the teachers. She makes it easy to implement this (Explicit Instruction) in our own room and gives room not only to grow but to add our own touch to it in our classroom.

The information has been helpful. There are so many useful strategies, and I love how you practice what you preach. You help make the info very relatable to the real world classroom.

 Her students accomplish things that astound us all - Katy's unconditional acceptance of each individual makes them want to meet the high expectations she sets.

It has been great to build a routine through explicit instruction. I have noticed confidence in my students  develop through the use of the explicit "review" piece of the lesson. This has been a great way for me to assess the need of my students.
